Steven Han graduated from the University of Washington with his bachelor of fine arts in industrial design. Inspired by his passion for furniture design, his restaurants have been designed with the same concept in mind. Han considers each of his projects as a tangible product that people can enjoy with all of their senses, similarly to a beautiful, finely-crafted piece of furniture.
Rooted in the restaurant industry for a better portion of his life, Han has put his heart and soul into his restaurants—Umi Sake House, Momiji and Matsu. Each space is representative of his keen attention to detail and zest for making people happy.
